Your Role
As a Global Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role in our centralized pre-sales operation, collaborating closely with the Global Pre-Sales Manager to manage and implement pre-sales initiatives across various regions. Your responsibilities will include responding to RFPs, RFIs, customer inquiries, due diligence requests, and IT/security inquiries, while continuously enhancing our documentation and methodologies.
- Facilitate global pre-sales activities for all deals in the pre-sales phase.
- Lead and contribute to the preparation of RFPs, RFIs, and other official customer requests.
- Address customer questionnaires concerning product capabilities, compliance, security, IT, and operations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Security, IT, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance) for complex responses.
- Maintain and refine a centralized pre-sales knowledge base to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation aligned with company policies and product updates.
- Provide initial responses to security, IT, and due diligence requests using standard answers and escalate complex inquiries to the appropriate teams.
