Embark on a 6-month internship journey starting January 2026 with Accor Group, where you will cultivate international experience while promoting Accor's culture and values through impactful communication initiatives aimed at future talent.
This role includes potential national and international travel opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
School Partnership Management & Events:
- Manage partnerships with our seven key international schools.
- Engage with schools to identify pertinent events for Talent Acquisition.
- Coordinate registration and participation in career fairs (both digital and in-person) alongside hotel representatives and recruitment teams, and organize events at our headquarters in Paris.
- Assist partner schools in organizing student projects and challenges.
- Enhance the alumni network of partner schools at Accor to foster collaboration and engage internal employees for presentations and interventions.
- Support the preparation of our annual student challenge: Take Off!
VIE Program:
- Oversee current VIE contracts and contribute to the development of this program, including job description collection, learning path support, onboarding sessions, and follow-up during VIE rotations.
Communications & Community Management:
- Manage the global Accor candidates' mailbox, assisting candidates facing challenges and liaising with relevant departments.
- Update and create engaging content for our Hosco page.
- Engage with Partner School ambassadors through ongoing communication, community management, and the creation of campus activation toolkits.
- Produce online and offline communication materials in collaboration with external agencies, freelancers, and in-house through CANVA.
- Coordinate actions with social media teams and corporate communication regarding Schools & Talent Attraction Programs.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual reports on various talent acquisition initiatives.
- Contribute to Employer Branding initiatives.
- Develop clear processes and toolkits for each project.
You will be part of a team of four colleagues in Issy-les-Moulineaux, reporting directly to the Global Schools Partnerships & Young Talent Acquisition Manager.
