The Global Senior Tax Manager is a pivotal leadership role reporting directly to the VP, Global Controller. This individual will possess comprehensive ownership over the company’s global tax strategy, ensuring its alignment with business growth while maintaining robust compliance and risk management across various jurisdictions. You will act as the primary tax advisor to our executive leadership, shaping the global tax vision and facilitating the company’s expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Global Strategy & Executive Partnership
- Lead and implement the global tax strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and adapts to changing regulatory landscapes.
- Serve as the primary tax advisor to executive leadership, including the CFO and senior finance executives, on complex tax issues that significantly impact the organization.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, M&A, and business leaders to ensure tax implications are integrated into strategic initiatives, market entry, and product development.
Risk Management & Compliance Oversight
- Oversee the global tax risk framework, identifying, evaluating, and mitigating tax risks across all jurisdictions.
- Ensure compliance with corporate income tax, indirect taxes, withholding taxes, and transfer pricing through robust governance and effective controls.
- Manage audits, inquiries, and negotiations with global tax authorities, acting as the senior escalation point when necessary.
International Tax & Complex Transactions
- Direct complex international tax initiatives, including:
- Transfer pricing strategies and documentation
- Global structuring and restructuring
- Mergers, acquisitions, and integrations
- Expansion into new markets and revenue models
- Provide strategic leadership on cross-border tax planning while maintaining a transparent risk posture for the company.
