The Global Shared Services Manager for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) is a pivotal senior role supporting international procurement and accounts payable operations. This position ensures the seamless execution of daily transactions within Coupa and ERP systems like NetSuite, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with corporate policies, controls, and established service level agreements (SLAs). Additionally, the role involves managing vendor relationships, processing employee expense reimbursements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the global P2P process.
Key Responsibilities:
Purchasing Operations: Create, review, and manage purchase requisitions and orders in Coupa, ensuring compliance with SLAs and corporate procurement policies. Monitor purchase orders and coordinate the receipt of goods and services while providing operational guidance to business users on Coupa-related inquiries.
Contract Review & Coordination: Assist in the review and approval of purchasing contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align contractual terms with procurement needs.
Vendor Management: Oversee the onboarding and maintenance of vendors within Coupa, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and accurate.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable, particularly within a global shared services environment.
Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools, with expertise in Coupa and Oracle NetSuite considered a plus. Strong skills in Google Sheets, Google Suite, and MS Excel.
