About You
You are a seasoned Go High Level (GHL) specialist passionate about developing scalable and automated systems that function seamlessly. You possess a deep understanding of funnels, CRM systems, messaging, AI workflows, payment processing, membership management, affiliate systems, and third-party API integrations. Your ability to transform business needs into reliable, documented, compliance-first builds is unparalleled. You are detail-oriented and excel in training and empowering others. Designing automation workflows and constructing intricate partner/affiliate centers, including multi-tier commission structures, comes naturally to you.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee GHL architecture and governance, including sub-accounts, snapshots, permissions, and billing/white-label setups.
• Build and conduct quality assurance for funnels, websites, payment systems, and product integrations, ensuring high deliverability in messaging (SMS/email/WhatsApp) and AI conversational flows.
• Configure and integrate third-party APIs and webhook-based automations within GHL systems and workflows.
• Manage CRM and calendars, including pipelines, tasks, reminders, round-robin scheduling, and automation hygiene.
• Develop and maintain partner/affiliate centers featuring multi-tier commission structures, reporting, and payout workflows.
• Produce documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), enablement playbooks, and quality control/compliance workflows to guarantee reliability and rollback capabilities.
