We are seeking a dynamic and driven Go-To-Market Commercial Manager (gn) to spearhead our B2B expansion initiatives in Germany. Your Mission
- Drive the execution of Germany’s contributions to the B2B Expansion Roadmap.
- Oversee the review and approval of all prospective customers in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Manage the entire commercial readiness process for new B2B customers from initial preparation through to go-live.
- Lead the implementation of the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels.
- Translate portfolio priorities into actionable NOI targets, distribution goals, and sales cycle focuses.
- Monitor progress against the plan and proactively address any performance gaps.
- Ensure the successful execution of Sales Fundamentals, including assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising.
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders in Germany.
- Manage daily B2B business performance against established targets.
- Identify, share, and implement best practices across different markets.
