About the Role
Dagster is creating a new role at the intersection of data, strategy, and sales execution. As our inaugural GTM Engineer, you will collaborate with our Enterprise sales team to transform data insights into coordinated, high-impact account strategies that enhance our largest deals.
This is not a conventional sales operations or marketing position. Reporting to Analytics, you will apply technical rigor and data-driven frameworks to Enterprise GTM: developing playbooks, guiding campaign strategies, and forging connections between Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, and leadership to convert opportunities into successes.
You will work closely with Enterprise Account Executives, transforming territory planning into a scientific approach and ensuring that each strategic account receives the coordinated, multi-channel focus it merits. Utilizing SQL, you will extract account data, assess the pipeline, and establish prioritization models, employing systems thinking to enhance territory-level demand generation.
This is a full-time role with a competitive salary, equity, and benefits. We are a distributed team with offices in San Francisco, New York, and Minneapolis, and are open to hiring fully remote candidates authorized to work in the United States. We offer flexible remote work options, allowing you to choose the environment that maximizes your productivity—be it at home or in a coworking space. Dagster Labs promotes a collaborative, remote-first culture, ensuring you have all the tools you need to thrive.
