Role Overview
The Go-To-Market Engineer plays a crucial role at the nexus of sales, marketing, data, and automation. You will be tasked with designing, building, and optimizing the technical infrastructure that powers Ampliphi’s revenue engine.
This is a hands-on position focused on CRM architecture, automation workflows, enrichment pipelines, outbound infrastructure, analytics, and experimentation frameworks.
The ideal candidate will work within commuting distance of our Saint-Laurent, Montreal office, adopting a hybrid work model!
Your Daily Responsibilities:
Revenue Systems Architecture
- Oversee and enhance CRM architecture (preferably HubSpot)
- Design lifecycle stages, pipeline structures, and attribution logic
- Create automated workflows for lead routing, scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle progression
- Ensure data cleanliness, integrity, and accurate reporting
- Document scalable Go-To-Market systems and processes
Automation and Infrastructure
- Implement automation across marketing and sales systems
- Integrate tools through APIs, webhooks, Zapier/Make, or native integrations
- Build and sustain outbound infrastructure (domains, sending tools, tracking, sequencing)
- Manage enrichment tools and prospecting platforms
- Enhance deliverability and technical performance of outbound systems
Data and Analytics
- Develop dashboards for pipeline, funnel performance, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and conversion metrics
- Create attribution models to assess campaign impact
- Analyze Go-To-Market experiments and provide actionable insights
- Assist in forecasting and revenue planning
Experimentation and Growth Engineering
- Conduct and instrument outbound experiments (Ideal Customer Profile testing, etc.)
