This Role
We are seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations Specialist to assist in designing, scaling, and optimizing the systems that drive our growth. This role sits at the crossroads of revenue generation, product development, and strategic planning—addressing pivotal questions such as: Where should we expand next? What strategies will secure our success? How can we accelerate our progress?
You will collaborate closely with the CEO, Sales, and Product teams to transform insights into actionable strategies that enhance Finch's market approach, boost revenue, and strengthen relationships with our key customers.
This position is ideal for individuals who excel at solving intricate challenges, thrive on customer engagement, and desire a firsthand experience in scaling a transformative company from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic projects that have a significant impact—ranging from product launches to pricing strategies and GTM experiments that explore new market opportunities.
Collaborate with our sales leadership and major clients to identify new revenue streams, influence product direction, and convert insights into concrete actions.
Architect and refine Finch’s growth mechanisms—aligning personnel, processes, and data to facilitate predictable revenue and scalable operations.
Develop systems that underpin our growth narrative—creating dashboards, metrics, and feedback loops that make growth quantifiable and replicable.
Engage cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure alignment in strategy execution and that all teams are working towards unified goals.
Clarify complex challenges—distilling ambiguous issues into clear, actionable plans that drive results.
