About the Talent Function at Rox
Our Talent team operates like a product team, maintaining a Unified Talent Backlog for various priority roles (P0, P1, P2). We place a strong emphasis on rigorous measurement and design our interview processes with intention, leveraging AI to enhance precision instead of merely increasing volume.
As the inaugural GTM Talent Lead, you will be our first dedicated recruiter focused solely on Revenue, Marketing, and GTM roles. Collaborating closely with GTM leadership and the Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Rox's hiring strategy for revenue-driving talent.
This position is not about coordination; it is about ownership and impact.
Role Overview
This founding-level recruiting role is tailored for someone who perceives talent acquisition as a critical business function.
You will oversee the entire recruitment cycle for GTM positions, which include Account Executives, Sales Leaders, Growth, RevOps, Marketing, and the innovative AI-native revenue roles yet to emerge.
Execution is only part of your responsibility; the other part involves designing a system that ensures our hiring processes are predictable, measurable, and uphold high standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading comprehensive recruitment efforts for priority GTM roles
Establishing deep trust with Sales and Marketing leaders
Defining the attributes of 'bar-raising GTM talent' at Rox
Enhancing interview processes, signal clarity, and overall candidate experience
Utilizing AI tools (e.g., Ashby and custom workflows) to boost precision and efficiency
Contributing to the development of a scalable GTM hiring system that maintains high standards

Take ownership of the complete GTM recruitment process from intake to closure
