Role Overview
We are in search of a proactive and results-oriented Google Ads Specialist to spearhead the management, optimization, and expansion of our paid search and display advertising campaigns. This fully remote position is perfect for a candidate with a proven track record of executing high-budget performance marketing initiatives, enhancing ROAS, and fostering tangible growth.
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and growth teams to devise and implement data-driven paid acquisition strategies across various Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and oversee high-impact Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max).
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, competitor analysis, and precise audience targeting.
- Continuously refine campaigns to boost CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Implement A/B testing methodologies for ad copy, landing pages, and creative assets.
- Monitor daily performance metrics, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting strategies as necessary.
- Create detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and funnel strategies.
- Track conversions utilizing Google Tag Manager, GA4, and CRM integrations.
- Identify scaling opportunities and explore new paid acquisition channels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer or Google Ads Specialist.
- Demonstrated success managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $10,000.
- In-depth understanding of PPC strategy, bidding techniques, and audience segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages to enhance conversion rates.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns is preferred.
