As a Google Paid Search Specialist at talent-engine, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads. Your expertise will cover an array of campaign types, such as Performance Max, Google Lead Forms, and LinkedIn Lead Gen, with a strong emphasis on surpassing client KPIs and lead generation goals. This full-time position offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, requiring weekly in-office meetings in Westville. A reliable internet connection and personal laptop are essential to successfully execute your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily management of client accounts utilizing Google's suite of online and desktop tools.
- Leverage Google platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
- Administer campaigns on LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms.
- Assist in creating, maintaining, and monitoring ads, keywords, search terms, audiences, and bidding strategies to meet client objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structure, targeting, and other paid media elements to generate high-quality leads.
- Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends to ensure effective account integration.
- Generate monthly performance reports for clients using Google Looker Studio, delivering comprehensive analyses.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Key Account Managers regarding account performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate within a dynamic team environment and liaise with other key departments.
