To bolster our team in Belgium, we are seeking a Government Success Manager for Flanders. In this pivotal role, you will guide and support Flemish cities and municipalities in achieving sustainable impact and long-term success. You will blend your expertise in citizen participation and/or experience in the public sector with exceptional customer-oriented skills, sharing your knowledge through training sessions, workshops, and professional services.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end relationship with our Flemish clients, from onboarding and adoption to retention, renewals, and proactive risk management.
Share your expertise in citizen participation through onsite workshops, training sessions, video calls, and contributing to guides, case studies, and articles.
Deeply understand the goals and context of clients, providing advice on participatory processes, pathways, and organizational development.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager for Belgium to expand our client base, including support in sales processes.
