CI Azumano is currently seeking a Government Travel Consultant to provide dedicated support to our military clients. This role is based on-site at Keesler AFB in Biloxi, MS.
The Government Travel Consultant plays a vital role in delivering professional travel services to designated federal agencies, in accordance with existing service contracts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Arranging air, vehicle, and hotel accommodations for government agencies under contract.
- Ensuring all booked travel (both domestic and international) complies with government regulations while securing high-quality accommodations and transportation.
- Maintaining all travel queues throughout the day.
- Initiating and completing cancellation or reservation change processes, including timely notifications to client agencies.
- Providing necessary updates to client agencies to keep them informed about their travel status.
- Conducting ongoing research on travel industry trends and changes to ensure the most current information is utilized.
