Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging English lessons to Grade 6 students, ensuring an enriching learning experience.
- Design lesson plans, develop instructional materials, assess student learning, and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance and innovate the school's curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and set achievable targets to facilitate improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students and their families, providing clear feedback on performance.
- Create a supportive and safe learning environment that fosters student growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in a bilingual educational setting is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience as a lead teacher in a classroom environment.
