Your Opportunity
This role as a Graduate Business Generalist is hands-on and provides extensive exposure across various company sectors. Over the first two years, you will engage in rotations across key business areas, tackling genuine challenges and responsibilities from day one. This is not a conventional, narrowly defined position.
Your rotations will encompass:
- Growth: Engaging in go-to-market strategies, customer success operations, and commercial planning.
- Culture: Involvement in people-related processes, programs, and initiatives to enhance our workplace culture.
- Product: Addressing product-related challenges and providing decision support.
- Finance: Utilizing data-driven insights for decision-making, trend analysis, and reporting.
As you uncover your strengths and interests, you will receive support to create a tailored development plan, alongside coaching to help you achieve ambitious professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Address real business challenges from conception to execution.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions and actions.
- Establish processes, systems, and capabilities that generate sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to define issues, align stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery.
- Effectively communicate both in writing and verbally, producing concise analyses, recommendations, and action plans.
