Position Title: Graduate Consultant – Join the Grayce Graduate Development Programme
Location: North West, UK
Starting Salary: £25,000 per annum

- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week.

Roles Available for Graduate Consultants:
Business Analyst (BA): In this role, you will investigate and analyze business needs, identify areas for improvement, define requirements, and ensure that solutions align with organizational objectives. You will adopt a holistic approach, considering people, processes, technology, and structure to deliver value while minimizing risks.
Project Manager (PM): As a PM, you will support the planning, execution, and oversight of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include task delegation, resource management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and process enhancement, gaining valuable experience in project lifecycle management.
Project Management Office (PMO): This role focuses on establishing and maintaining project management standards, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope and quality, and budget management while minimizing risks. PMOs oversee governance, methodology, planning, stakeholder engagement, benefits tracking, and risk management, often providing insights into project performance for senior management.
Product Manager: As a product manager, you will play a crucial role in the development, launch, and sustained success of a product. Responsibilities include defining the product vision, creating roadmaps, and prioritizing features based on customer needs and business objectives to ensure quality and functionality resonate with key stakeholders.
