Key Responsibilities
- Engage in the requirements analysis for various banking systems, including core systems, mobile banking, and corporate online banking, while gaining a deep understanding of the business logic.
- Design, develop, and uphold high-quality test cases based on requirements specifications to guarantee comprehensive testing coverage.
- Execute various testing types, including functional, interface, performance, and integration regression testing, to swiftly identify, log, and track software defects.
- Work closely with developers and business stakeholders to accurately diagnose issues and validate the outcomes of resolutions.
- Contribute to the enhancement of testing processes by exploring and integrating new testing methodologies and tools, thereby improving testing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mathematics, computer science, or finance.
- Solid understanding of software engineering and testing principles, familiarity with SQL, and proficiency with databases like MySQL and Oracle for data querying and validation.
- Knowledge of basic Linux/Unix commands, familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Python, or Shell), and a basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communicator, capable of articulating problems clearly and collaborating efficiently within a team.
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship or project experience related to software testing.
- Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium) or continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
- Basic knowledge of banking operations (e.g., deposits, loans, remittances).
