Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will craft eye-catching emails for direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, emphasizing conversion rates and lifecycle marketing initiatives. You will work closely with copywriters, strategists, and retention specialists to translate retention strategies into compelling visual designs.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Execution
Create innovative email designs that support lifecycle marketing objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to address design challenges and develop impactful email and SMS campaigns.
Manage projects through all phases, from initial concepts through revisions, to ensure successful campaign launches.
Generate unique visual assets, including GIFs and animations, to enhance engagement in email designs.
Strategic & Collaborative Thinking
Provide innovative perspectives and strategic insights to resolve design challenges proactively.
Implement email design best practices and usability standards to create user-centered, performance-driven campaigns.
Tools & Technical Proficiency
Employ Figma, Photoshop, and other contemporary design tools to generate high-quality deliverables.
Effectively present design concepts and reasoning, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
