Compensation: Monthly earnings range from $1,600 to $2,000 AUD, with the flexibility of working as an independent contractor.
Work Schedule: While you'll align your work hours with Australian business times (approximately 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday), as a contractor, you have the autonomy to manage your own schedule.

Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer focused on Meta Static Ad Creative, you will craft engaging ad designs that resonate with audiences and drive conversions. You will collaborate closely with marketing and performance teams to refine concepts, ensuring that your designs are effective and impactful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality static ads based on creative briefs for Meta campaigns.
- Apply knowledge of Meta ad formats, specifications, and best practices to optimize performance.
- Generate multiple creative concepts for each campaign, iterating designs based on feedback and data analysis.
- Work with marketing and performance teams to align visuals with campaign objectives and audience insights.
- Ensure all assets are on-brand, visually appealing, and ready for deployment on Meta platforms.
- Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts by analyzing creative performance and recommending improvements.
