The Greet Hub Onsite Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating leadership, and ensuring operational excellence for one of our leading hospitality clients. As the Onsite Manager, you will supervise the Concierge and Switchboard teams, ensuring they provide a premium experience for both employees and guests, characterized by professionalism and enthusiasm. This highly visible role involves managing client relations, overseeing projects, leading personnel, and facilitating effective communications. You will be tasked with guiding a dynamic team, nurturing client relationships, and driving operational excellence by developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and supporting facilities requests.
This is a full-time, onsite position, operating Monday through Friday. Hours may vary based on on-call coverage requirements. The salary for this role ranges from $58,000.00 to $63,000.00 per year.
