Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Group Brand Manager for Vaccicare, who will play a pivotal role in identifying new product opportunities, formulating robust business cases, and executing positioning strategies within established budgets and organizational frameworks. The primary goal is to achieve market share and revenue targets for the assigned vertical. You will oversee the development of promotional materials, lead product launch meetings, and ensure a successful implementation of marketing plans. Additionally, you will mentor team members and collaborate with sales teams and healthcare professionals to drive Continuing Medical Education (CMEs) initiatives, contributing to the achievement of market share and revenue goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the conceptualization and planning of new products by collecting feedback on unmet therapeutic needs, spotting new product opportunities, and presenting business cases for timely product selection to the vertical and country heads, ensuring alignment with both long-term and short-term objectives.
• Oversee new product launch planning, including the preparation of product manuals, designing positioning strategies, and ensuring successful launches through effective communication and collaboration with regional sales teams.
• Conduct post-launch audits by liaising with sales teams to review performance metrics and initiate corrective actions to ensure new products meet or exceed sales expectations.
• Drive branding and promotion initiatives by conducting market research, finalizing positioning strategies, and collaborating with advertising agencies to implement effective marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs by identifying needs, inviting speakers and healthcare professionals, and ensuring the successful execution of CME programs to foster lasting relationships within the healthcare community.
• Lead and develop your team by conducting performance evaluations, providing mentorship, and working with HR on recruitment and talent development to optimize team performance and retention.
• Oversee sales planning and review by gathering feedback from regional sales managers, devising region-specific strategies, and integrating regional requirements into the product plan to bolster overall performance.
