About the Role and Mission
This position is crucial for enhancing Inter's credit products, bridging Growth, Performance Marketing, Data, and CRM, while closely collaborating with Product Marketing Management. You will lead initiatives to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue through continuous campaign testing and optimizations.
Your Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Monitoring dashboards and identifying deviations in key funnel metrics, prioritizing daily adjustments based on impact.
- Optimizing campaigns, refining segmentations, and analyzing user behavior.
- Identifying friction points in the user journey and designing A/B tests with hypotheses, target metrics, and success criteria.
- Orchestrating CRM journeys including onboarding, re-engagement, and upsell strategies.
