Your Role
As a Growth Associate at Kittl, you will spearhead user growth initiatives throughout the entire funnel, from onboarding to activation, retention, and expansion. You will be responsible for conducting experiments, launching campaigns, and creating content that positively impacts our key growth metrics.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is funnel-focused, enjoys testing hypotheses, and is skilled at developing scalable programs. You will utilize tools for lifecycle management and CRM in addition to launching products, creating educational content, and driving cross-functional growth initiatives. We seek a proactive individual who can identify opportunities, design experiments, and execute them from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Growth Campaigns: Manage ongoing campaigns across email and within the product, focusing on lifecycle, retention, and win-back strategies while also proposing your own experiments.
Support Product Launches: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance feature discovery and adoption at launch through email communication, in-product messaging, and educational resources.
Conduct Growth Experiments: Evaluate messaging, segmentation, and timing throughout the funnel; assess performance and iterate with a structured learning approach.
Enhance User Education: Develop our user education hub, including feature walkthroughs and onboarding materials that provide users with value quickly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to drive growth initiatives.
