ABOUT THE ROLE:
Rightway Healthcare is seeking a dynamic Growth & Events Manager to spearhead our demand generation initiatives across two pivotal areas: enhancing our Event Marketing strategy through proactive pre-event demand generation, effective on-site lead capture, and strategic post-event follow-up that drives pipeline conversion. Additionally, you will act as our Marketing Development Representative (MDR), qualifying inbound leads and executing targeted outbound campaigns to secure high-quality meetings.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Drive pre-event demand by researching event attendees and collaborating with Sales to schedule on-site meetings for Account Executives (AEs).
- Partner with Event Marketing to establish clear event-specific objectives.
- Develop, implement, and analyze integrated marketing campaigns, including email outreach and paid advertising, to boost engagement both before and after events.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to manage lead capture processes and ensure timely logging of contacts and activities.
- Qualify incoming leads to confirm they are ready for sales engagement before transferring to AEs.
- Engage and nurture inbound leads through personalized multi-touch sequences.
- Direct unqualified Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into appropriate nurturing tracks while maintaining accurate status, reason codes, and dates.
- Work alongside Product Marketing to create targeted materials, such as case studies and product brochures, tailored for lead nurturing and conversion.
- Ensure ongoing alignment with Sales regarding lead handoffs, contact roles, and opportunities.
- Assist in managing event marketing projects, including budgets, timelines, and deliverables such as contracts, invoices, booths, sponsorships, collateral, swag, internal communications, and promotional activities.
