The Role
As our inaugural GTM Engineer, you will act as the technical partner for our Sales Development team, taking ownership of the setup, optimization, and training within the Nooks platform. Your role will involve translating new product developments into scalable workflows and playbooks for both our internal sales team and our external clients.
You will focus on enhancing pipeline generation efficiency, reporting directly to the Head of Sales Development, while collaborating closely with teams in Product, Engineering, RevOps, and Enablement. This position is perfect for a candidate with a background in high-performing sales development environments who possesses strong technical skills and enjoys creative problem-solving.
Your responsibilities will include designing, building, and training teams on maximizing our technology stack to boost pipeline velocity and operational efficiency. This is a high-impact role that offers significant visibility and the chance to affect revenue outcomes directly within a dynamic startup atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering and Product teams to stay ahead of new feature developments and roadmap updates, converting insights into actionable training for the Sales Development team.
- Implement new features, products, and playbooks within the Nooks platform to enhance sales team efficiency, while creating best-in-class processes for our clients.
- Leverage analytics and data to report on efficiency improvements and their impact on pipeline generation across the GTM function.
- Continuously provide product feedback and ideas to the product/engineering teams to foster ongoing improvements and innovations.
