The Growth Leader will be entrusted with the responsibility of cultivating and managing the company’s growth engine. This role is vital for facilitating measurable growth through the oversight of dedicated acquisition and distribution channels, each managed by specialized teams.
Directly overseeing these teams, the Growth Leader will focus on strategic execution, optimization, prioritization, and driving results. This is not merely a marketing role; you will define the growth process, identify scaling opportunities, and ensure continuous performance enhancement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the Growth Strategy: Establish a comprehensive growth framework across all channels, prioritize acquisition efforts, and align product and marketing strategies with growth objectives.
- Run the Growth Engine: Define KPIs, track performance, eliminate bottlenecks, and optimize conversion pathways while experimenting with scalable growth strategies.
- Lead Channel Operators: Integrate diverse teams into a cohesive growth system, establish performance targets, and implement robust reporting processes.
- Build the Growth Organization: Focus on team building, recruit skilled operators, define roles, implement operational practices, and foster a culture of agility and results.
