About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and proactive Growth Marketing Lead to establish and enhance our growth initiatives from the ground up. In this role, you will create and evaluate messaging strategies, conduct impactful experiments across various channels, and convert your insights into scalable campaigns aimed at generating qualified leads and partnerships.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with design, product, and sales teams. This position requires a blend of creative storytelling, analytical thinking, and an agile approach to experimentation.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and test messaging that resonates with our target demographics—customers, advisors, and partners.
Design, implement, and optimize campaigns across both digital and offline platforms:
Meta and LinkedIn Advertising
Direct Mail Marketing
SEO and Content Strategy
Creative and landing page testing using Generative AI
Conduct rapid experiments to identify the most effective channels and messaging.
Collaborate with designers and agencies to create engaging creative materials.
Monitor and refine performance metrics across the marketing funnel—from initial awareness to qualified leads.
Efficiently manage and allocate an annual marketing budget to maximize learning and return on investment.
Qualifications
7–12 years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing.
Proven track record in building and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and understanding ROI analysis.
