Position Overview:
As the Growth Marketing Lead at Lumonic, a PitchBook subsidiary, you will play a critical role in building and scaling our revenue generation efforts. This position encompasses the full lifecycle of pipeline creation, focusing on designing and optimizing automated, multi-channel strategies that yield consistent growth from initial engagement to conversion.
This hands-on role merges growth strategy, technical execution, and rigorous experimentation. You will oversee the complete demand generation stack, including outbound marketing, paid campaigns, account-based marketing (ABM), content development, event management, data analysis, and automation. Close collaboration with Lumonic founders and senior PitchBook leaders will be essential, with an emphasis on rapid experimentation, automation, and strategic prioritization to achieve significant outcomes with limited resources.
