At Orchard, we are on the lookout for a dynamic Growth Marketing Lead to spearhead our offline marketing channel strategy. This pivotal role involves overseeing a substantial 7-figure marketing budget allocated across both established and emerging channels. Our offline marketing avenues have significantly contributed to our customer acquisition efforts, and we seek a candidate driven by performance to enhance growth and operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a talent for developing customer-centric messaging. Given that buying or selling a home represents one of life’s most significant financial decisions, you will collaborate closely with our creative team to devise compelling advertising that inspires action and fosters trust. Additionally, you will coordinate with external agencies to execute media buys and manage the daily logistics of our channels. This position offers a rare opportunity for an offline marketing manager to amplify their impact.
This full-time position reports directly to the Head of Growth Marketing. While we prefer candidates to be based in New York, NY, we also welcome remote applicants from the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, MA, NC, NJ, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA.
