To accelerate our growth, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager based in Lisbon. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our paid media initiatives and lifecycle marketing strategies, collaborating closely with our Tech team to guarantee flawless execution and data accuracy. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will take charge of our acquisition and retention performance.
Your Mission
You will manage our paid media growth engine and optimize the core Bloomreach lifecycle flows. Your responsibilities include budget allocation, achieving CAC/LTV targets, and ensuring robustness in every data channel and customer journey.
Your Responsibilities
- Lifecycle & CRM: Develop and oversee the lifecycle marketing strategy, including key Bloomreach email automations. Conduct quarterly data quality checks and segmentation audits in collaboration with Tech, and evaluate ROI with executive leadership.
- Paid Acquisition: Establish budgets and performance goals, effectively communicate with SEA agencies, and continuously refine the channel mix across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn to achieve CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
- SEO & Organic Growth: Lead the SEO strategy by identifying priority keywords and working in tandem with Product to align on tagging, UTMs, and on-page SEO requirements.
- Experimentation & Attribution: Direct the A/B testing framework and partner with Data to ensure accurate and actionable dashboards, attribution models, and incrementality assessments.
- Team Empowerment & Coordination: Set weekly objectives for your associate, provide ongoing performance evaluations, and share insights with the Content team to enhance execution and impact.
- Offline & OOH Performance: Formulate and manage the out-of-home advertising strategy with a focus on delivering clear ROI.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing; at least 2 years managing a budget of €1 million or more annually.
- Demonstrated proficiency with a marketing automation platform (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Klaviyo).
- Robust understanding of cohort LTV, ROAS modeling, and incrementality testing.
- Proficient in SQL or BigQuery, with expertise in GA4 and ad platform dashboards.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Strong business acumen to quickly comprehend complex models, operational logic, and strategic interdependencies.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, hands-on approach, blending strategic thinking with practical execution.
