Your Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will spearhead targeted marketing campaigns across various Canadian markets. Your responsibilities will include managing product marketing campaigns for product launches and feature releases, as well as overseeing SEO/SEM initiatives, social media strategies, email marketing, and customer nurturing plans. You'll set strategic objectives that align with our market segments and regions, while measuring the impact of your initiatives to drive growth in the Canadian healthcare landscape.
Your Responsibilities
Design and implement acquisition, cross-sell, and upsell strategies aimed at the B2C segment.
Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to create and execute multi-channel campaigns based on proven best practices, while employing A/B testing to continuously optimize initiative performance.
Establish measurable objectives and KPIs to assess the efficacy of initiatives, channels, tactics, and overall campaigns, providing regular updates to the team.
Introduce automation strategies to enhance engagement throughout the customer lifecycle, in conjunction with the product marketing and product teams.
Partner closely with content creation and product marketing teams to devise a comprehensive content strategy for your product portfolio.
Conduct extensive keyword research and analysis to formulate effective SEO strategies.
Forge partnerships with various associations to diversify channels and improve market penetration.
Collaborate with product marketing to develop and optimize campaign and web pages.
Create targeted promotional strategies for each market segment to maintain competitiveness and achieve growth goals.
Monitor campaign performance and key indicators, adjusting strategies based on data insights to maximize results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external agencies, crafting personalized materials to enhance their sales efforts.
