At BuildingLink, we are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to enhance our customer engagement and drive revenue growth within our existing client base. This role, reporting directly to our Senior Director of Marketing, is perfect for an enthusiastic marketer who excels at the crossroads of marketing, sales, product, and customer experience.
As a leading figure in customer marketing, you will be responsible for developing innovative campaigns and engagement strategies that translate into measurable financial results. Your expertise in HubSpot across all its Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS) will be essential, as you will utilize this platform to orchestrate, track, and refine our growth initiatives effectively.
While this position offers the flexibility of remote work, we are particularly interested in candidates located on the East Coast or in the Central Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Strategically expand revenue by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our customer accounts, leveraging HubSpot analytics.
- Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including email workflows, newsletters, webinars, and account-based marketing.
- Performance Analytics: Track and analyze account and campaign performance metrics, deriving actionable insights to enhance ROI and revenue per account.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to develop targeted marketing programs that boost upsells and improve conversion rates.
- Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience teams to effectively bring new features to market, ensuring campaigns communicate value and drive revenue.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing materials, such as case studies and email templates, to empower the Sales team in reaching high-value clients.
- Segmentation and Targeting: Analyze customer data to identify high-potential segments and tailor marketing initiatives accordingly.
- Optimization and Testing: Lead initiatives to test and optimize marketing strategies for enhanced performance.
