Your Role
As a Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in developing the machinery that drives our growth engine. You will act at the crossroads of engineering, marketing, and product development, employing AI to enhance our operations and creating scalable systems to reach the next 10 million developers. This role is both high-impact and agency-focused, providing you with the opportunity to establish a world-class growth function.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Develop AI Automations: Create and implement AI-driven workflows to automate lead qualification, content distribution, and personalized outreach. You'll be the one asking, 'How can we leverage LLMs to achieve this 10x faster?'
Website Ownership: Treat our website as a product. You'll manage performance metrics, conduct experiments, and optimize conversion paths, ensuring roboflow.com operates as a high-converting platform.
GTM Engineering: Forge connections between our tools. Whether it's integrating APIs, setting up webhooks, or developing custom scrapers, you will bridge the gap between marketing strategies and technical execution.
Lifecycle Marketing: Design comprehensive user journeys. Utilize email flows, in-app triggers, and retention strategies to transform first-time users into dedicated advocates.
Analytics & Insights: Analyze data to inform marketing strategies and optimize growth initiatives.
