This position requires in-office attendance from Tuesday to Thursday each week, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays. On-site garage parking is available.
Role Overview:
The Growth Operations Associate plays a crucial role in driving business growth by generating qualified leads for our Growth Directors while providing essential sales support. You will engage in market intelligence, customer segmentation strategies, and prospecting plans to significantly increase the number of valuable interactions with potential clients. This position will serve multiple business verticals, including Market Sales, Business Development, New Provider Recruitment, Product Sales, and Employer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate targeted, relationship-building outbound calls to identify decision-makers and qualify opportunities aimed at scheduling appointments.
- Analyze market data to understand local trends, customer segments, and high-value targets.
- Conduct thorough background research on leads to ensure their viability.
- Serve as the primary contact for new and interested providers and practices.
- Assist Directors in following up with interested prospects and managing opportunities to successful closure.
- Collaborate with various teams in Sales and Marketing to enhance lead generation efforts with key accounts and new prospects.
- Share innovative ideas and best practices with our rapidly growing national sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and deals in Salesforce (CRM), and participate in sales meetings and calls with both internal and external teams.
