The Team
Join our DE Acquisition Tech team, which is dedicated to developing the systems, models, and user experiences that facilitate iwoca’s growth in Germany. We oversee the entire customer journey from the initial contact to loan application submission, ensuring that potential customers receive pertinent outreach, efficient onboarding, and a clear understanding of how iwoca can benefit their business.
As a member of this early-stage team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our operations and influencing future hiring as we expand. Your team will consist of a front-end engineer, a data scientist, and a data engineer, enabling you to swiftly convert insights into impactful product and marketing results through iterative processes.
Your Role
In this pivotal position, you will bridge the realms of product, growth, customer experience, and data. You will take ownership of acquisition and activation metrics for the German market, identifying opportunities, formulating hypotheses, and collaborating with engineering and data teams to design, build, test, and refine product-led growth initiatives.
You will establish hypotheses, conduct experiments, and lead initiatives that enhance the initial engagement of German businesses with iwoca. Your accountability for measurable impacts on acquisition and conversion will be driven by rigorous insights, a deep understanding of customer needs, and effective execution, while also contributing to the overarching vision and operational rhythm of this nascent team.
