About the Role
We are seeking our inaugural Growth Product Manager to lead the charge in Replit's next phase of growth. This is an exceptional opportunity to define and execute the comprehensive growth strategy for one of the world's most rapidly expanding platforms. You will be instrumental in cultivating our growth culture, establishing growth infrastructure, and transforming chaos into a systematic, repeatable engine that yields compounding results over time.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead Replit's Growth Strategy: Design and implement product strategies aimed at user acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
Innovate and Adapt Quickly: Employ data and creativity to drive swift experimentation. Formulate hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and analyze metrics to enhance onboarding flows, activation rates, conversion funnels, and engagement loops.
Collaborate with a Talented Team: Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and community teams to execute impactful growth initiatives.
Put the User First: Conduct user research and leverage user feedback to identify pain points and uncover new growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications):
Proven Experience in Growth Product Management: A track record of driving significant user growth in B2C, prosumer, or self-serve SaaS environments.
Strong Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with a proficiency in using data to inform strategic decisions. Experience with A/B testing and funnel analysis is essential.
