Our objective is to develop AI employees capable of collaborating with humans and other AI entities across diverse platforms (email, Slack, Zoom, phone calls, etc.), navigating complex, uncertain goals in ever-changing environments, and learning continuously from their experiences.
While this may sound grandiose, it's reminiscent of significant technological advancements throughout history. For instance, in the early 1900s, around 35% of the workforce in Western Europe was engaged in agriculture, mirroring the current involvement in knowledge work in the U.S., which has plummeted to below 4% today.
There exists a clear pathway to achieving our goals: recent advancements indicate that large language models excel not only at generating text but also at processing vast amounts of information and taking action based on it, across various systems in pursuit of objectives. In essence, AI employees are on the horizon.
Currently, our product enables users to create these “AI agents” through straightforward text prompts, allowing them to automate workflows of varying complexity. Our customers utilize this innovation to significantly enhance their efficiency across multiple functions, encompassing marketing, sales, customer support, personal assistance, and beyond.

The Role
As our Growth Product Manager, you will take charge of optimizing our product-led growth funnel, focusing on user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation and innovative product development.
