Role Overview
As a Growth Product Manager at Speak, you will take the lead in expanding our consumer product to reach millions of new learners globally. We seek a candidate who is metrics-driven, possesses strong product intuition, and is eager to establish a product growth engine within a rapidly evolving company. This role is vital for unlocking top-level growth through swift experimentation and optimization, collaborating closely with teams across engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Refine our growth model to inform our strategy for growth and investment priorities.
Conduct user research and analysis to develop user-centered hypotheses for testing, aimed at enhancing funnel conversion, engagement, and retention.
Drive top-of-funnel growth by closely partnering with marketing teams and developing new growth loops.
Expand our active subscriber base by optimizing the entire onboarding funnel and minimizing user time-to-value to boost conversion rates and ARPU.
Establish and maintain frameworks for in-app price testing, onboarding, and web testing to facilitate rapid, hypothesis-driven experimentation.
Define KPIs and set up actionable metrics to track growth initiatives.
