Your Role
We are on the lookout for our founding GTM Engineer—a multifaceted role combining elements of RevOps technologist, product management, and automation architecture. As our inaugural hire in this role, you will focus on engineering and scaling the systems, data, and automation that fuel Zip’s go-to-market strategy. Your mission will be to elevate our capabilities to world-class standards in AI.
You will be responsible for architecting our GTM workflows, tools, and data integrations, significantly enhancing prospecting efficiency and scalability across our Sales and BDR teams. You will design and implement the technical foundation that empowers our revenue teams to operate faster, smarter, and more effectively—achieving transformative AI productivity gains rather than mere incremental improvements.
This is a unique chance to shape a new discipline at Zip. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing Operations, Business Systems, and Sales Leadership to translate complex business challenges into sophisticated, automated solutions.
