Role Overview
As a pivotal part of HappyRobot's rapid growth journey, the GTM Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the foundational systems supporting Growth and Sales are efficient and effective. This includes maintaining clean data, providing reliable reporting, and implementing seamless automations. Your expertise will ensure our tooling stack not only keeps pace with the team's demands but accelerates its growth.
You will manage Salesforce on a daily basis—overseeing fields, workflows, data hygiene, dashboards, and reporting. Additionally, you will oversee the operational aspects of our growth stack, including attribution, tool integrations, email infrastructure, and process automation. Acting as the go-to person for both Growth and Sales teams, you will be instrumental in building, fixing, or optimizing the systems that drive our success.
You are an ideal candidate if you approach the GTM stack with a product manager's mindset—evaluating what works, identifying bottlenecks, recognizing gaps, and determining the next steps for development or acquisition. As our company scales, you will take on larger responsibilities for the GTM stack and the strategic decisions that accompany it.
What You’ll Do
Oversee Salesforce administration, ensuring data integrity, field management, record-triggered flows, reports, and dashboards are optimized.
Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and the broader GTM stack (including Amplemarket, Unify, marketing automation tools, etc.).
Establish and manage attribution processes to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
Manage email infrastructure, including domain setup, inbox warmup, and deliverability monitoring.
Create automations that streamline processes and reduce manual effort across the sales pipeline.
