THE OPPORTUNITY
We are excited to welcome a GTM Program Manager to our Client Sales team in São Paulo!
The Global Programs team is tasked with accelerating the growth of our SMB business through innovative data insights, transforming operational processes, and orchestrating strategic initiatives in collaboration with Product, Marketing, Finance, and the broader Sales organization.
As a vital member of the Global Programs team, you will operate at the intersection of Demand Generation, Revenue, Global Strategy, and Technical teams. Your role will involve designing, building, and optimizing systems, workflows, and processes that facilitate the scaling and growth of Wellhub. This position will amplify our successful GTM initiatives by translating business strategies into automated, predictable, and measurable outcomes.
YOUR IMPACT
- Design and develop GTM automations and AI-driven systems to identify prospects that align with the company’s Ideal Customer Profile, effectively delivering them to sales development and sales teams.
- Create workflows within our current tools, such as Clay, that automate the generation of personalized messaging for targeted accounts.
- Establish systems that provide timely and relevant account research to sales development and sales representatives.
- Serve as the internal operational expert and daily operator for Clay, while also becoming proficient in our internal CRM systems, Salesforce and Hubspot.
- Lead and influence the development, prioritization, and analysis of A/B experiments and pilots to drive regional business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
