Your Role
As a pivotal member of Zip’s Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Operations team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and our executive team to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and data-driven insights across our revenue channels. This role places you at the core of our go-to-market strategy, enabling you to significantly influence the company’s growth trajectory.
Your partnership with revenue leaders will empower you to own the essential frameworks, models, and metrics that underpin GTM performance.
What You’ll Do
Manage GTM Operations: Oversee daily operations and strategic planning for sales segments, including territory design, compensation plans, sales metrics, and comprehensive reporting.
Act as a Strategic Advisor: Serve as the primary strategic partner to sales leadership, addressing complex challenges, guiding key decisions, and providing clarity in ambiguous situations.
Enhance GTM Accountability: Lead the operational cadence by facilitating pipeline reviews, forecasting discussions, quarterly business reviews, and leadership syncs, ensuring every meeting drives meaningful results.
Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to propel strategic initiatives forward, integrating a GTM perspective across the organization.
