About the Role
We are seeking a GTM Systems Manager to take charge of our commercial tech stack, driving its evolution and optimization. This pivotal role will support the migration and reimplementation of HubSpot while overseeing and enhancing the broader suite of commercial systems utilized across Equals. Reporting directly to the Head of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our systems are effectively aligned with our sales strategies, customer onboarding, retention, and growth initiatives.
This hands-on position blends daily system configuration and improvement efforts with a focus on how our GTM tools, data, and processes interconnect and scale over time. It presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals transitioning from a CRM or Ops-focused role into a more comprehensive GTM systems ownership position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery and advancement of the GTM systems roadmap, establishing HubSpot as the central platform.
- Collaborate with the HubSpot CRM Manager to facilitate the CRM migration and reimplementation project.
- Partner with the Head of Revenue Operations and commercial leaders to ensure systems accurately reflect sales motions and customer lifecycle stages.
- Work alongside Revenue Enablement to implement new processes, tools, and system adjustments for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
- Identify and resolve inefficiencies throughout the lead-to-cash journey, assisting in the implementation of system and process enhancements.
- Support data flows and integrations between HubSpot and other GTM tools.
- Create and maintain reports on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and overall commercial performance.
