The Role
As part of our ambitious growth trajectory—having doubled in size over the last four years across more than 30 locations—we at Ideals are seeking a GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist. This pivotal role will focus on scaling our Sales & Marketing functions primarily within the LATAM region and the USA over the next four years.
You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, emphasizing quality assessment and the attraction of elite talent within the Sales and Marketing teams. This includes overseeing everything from candidate screening to job offers.
In this role, you’ll engage in innovating and optimizing recruitment processes while fostering partnerships with hiring managers, serving as a trusted partner and advisor. You will have access to top-tier recruitment tools (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Metaview, Monday, and Calendly) and support from specialists in sourcing, talent acquisition marketing, and TA enablement, ensuring efficient and high-quality hiring.
This is a fully remote position within Colombia, offering a flexible schedule.
