- Professionally handle requests from both external and internal customers.
- Service guest rooms—both occupied and checked out—and perform turn down services in alignment with LRA standards.
- Ensure rooms are defect-free and meet high standards.

- Maintain designated areas to be clean and defect-free in accordance with LRA standards.
- Provide personalized service, assist guests, and create memorable experiences.
- KEY OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Responsibilities
- Optimize the utilization of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and supplies to enhance cost efficiency.
- Maintain adequate stock levels in the pantry.
- Assist supervisors with store requisitions.
Operational Responsibilities
- Clean rooms according to company and LRA standards, ensuring they are defect-free.
- Equip all rooms with necessary linen and amenities.
- Demonstrate helpfulness and courtesy towards guests at all times.
- Relay important messages and guest requests to supervisors.
- Report any missing or damaged items to supervisors.
- Document all lost and found items.
- Promote hygiene standards by raising awareness about cleaning products and procedures.
- Maintain high personal hygiene standards.
- Adhere to periodic cleaning schedules.
- Understand the proper use of housekeeping attendant trolleys and maintain them in a clean, organized manner.
- Familiarize yourself with deep cleaning procedures.
- Cooperate in managing single point entry.
- Understand guest complaint handling procedures.
- Ensure that pantry areas, corridors, and fire exits are well-maintained.
- Oversee the proper upkeep of all equipment.
- Follow through on assignments given by supervisors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Comply with company policies and decisions.
- Complete the Associates Daily Assignment Sheet after servicing each guest room.
- Adhere to key handling and lost and found procedures.
- Follow all safety and security measures to protect hotel property.
- Assist the floor supervisor with inventory management of linen and guest amenities.
- Complete start and end of shift duties, including maintaining cleanliness in guest corridors, service landings, and pantry areas.
