Additionally, you will assist with garment care and presentation, ensuring a tidy sales floor and back of house while collaborating closely with your team to create an outstanding customer experience.

- Collaborate with the store management team to implement commercial and operational strategies that achieve sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness:
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, and competitors to share relevant insights with customers.
Team Development:
- Share your expertise in fashion and store operations with colleagues, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Adhere to all store procedures and legal requirements while providing and accepting feedback to enhance team performance.
- Participate in onboarding and training programs to aid your growth within the company.
Retail Operations:
- Manage the complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming, ensuring high standards of garment care.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom, supporting attractive merchandise displays and clear visual storytelling.
