As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service, warmly welcoming and guiding customers throughout their shopping experience. Your expertise in fashion and product knowledge will empower you to provide customers with essential information, ensuring they have the best experience possible. You will also assist in garment replenishment and care, maintain an attractive sales floor, and collaborate closely with your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Customer Sales & Profit
- Deliver exemplary customer service by welcoming and guiding customers throughout the store, enhancing their shopping experience.
- Engage with customers, facilitating conversations to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
- Showcase our latest fashion trends, stories, and products across all areas of the store.
- Effectively promote and sell our product range to customers.
- Encourage sign-ups for our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and promote in-store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the store management team to implement commercial strategies that achieve sales targets.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, brands, and competitor offerings.
- Utilize your fashion knowledge to share relevant insights with customers.
Team Development
- Share your knowledge of service, fashion, and store operations with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Comply with all store procedures and legal requirements.
- Engage in constructive feedback with colleagues to promote mutual learning and development.
- Participate in onboarding processes and training opportunities for your personal growth.
Retail Operations/Visual & Commercial Execution
- Manage the complete garment cycle from unpacking to steaming, ensuring high standards of garment care.
- Follow best practices in operating fitting rooms and checkout areas.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining attractive displays that showcase current trends and stories according to brand guidelines.
