- Delivering top-notch customer service by welcoming and guiding shoppers throughout the store and online experience.
- Initiating conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored assistance.
- Showcasing our latest fashion trends and products, ensuring customers are well-informed.
- Promoting our Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and sustainability efforts in-store.
- Representing the H&M brand positively in every customer interaction.
- Collaborating with store management on commercial strategies to achieve sales goals.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styles, and relevant influencers.
- Utilize your fashion expertise to inform customers and enhance their shopping experience.
Team Development
- Share your service and fashion knowledge with your colleagues.
- Adhere to store procedures and legal requirements.
- Engage in constructive feedback and support team growth.
- Participate in onboarding and training sessions for continuous personal development.
Retail Operations
- Manage the full garment cycle, ensuring proper care and presentation of products.
- Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas following best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to create attractive displays.
