Key Responsibilities
- Drive the development and optimization of branded HCP websites aligned with our marketing strategy.
- Oversee media planning, buying, and performance analysis across various non-personal digital platforms to enhance engagement and return on investment.
- Design and implement non-personal email campaigns, managing segmentation, content creation, deployment, and effectiveness measurement.
- Lead omni-channel strategies by integrating website, email, media, and other tactics for a cohesive customer journey.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities to inform strategic direction.
- Formulate market shaping strategies based on insights derived from market analysis and competitive intelligence.
- Communicate brand vision and strategies effectively to internal teams, including sales, medical, and regulatory personnel.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to assess the effectiveness of non-personal campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in digital marketing activities.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to enhance non-personal marketing efforts.
